Terms and Conditions
- Payment: All payments made are non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend the scheduled event, we offer the option to reschedule for a future date.
- Availability: Seats are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us at least 72 hours prior to the event. This helps avoid the suspension of your ticket(s).
- Ticket Validity: Tickets must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase. If you need to rearrange your schedule, please contact us to accommodate your new preferred date, subject to availability.
Terms and Conditions (Monthly Class)
Registration and Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in the class. All payments are non-refundable.
Class Hours & Time Usage
The Monthly Class package includes a total of 8 hours of studio time and guided teaching.
Time used is tracked based on actual attendance, including early arrivals and extended sessions.
Any time used beyond the included 8 hours will be counted as extension time and charged according to the applicable class rate.
Class Scheduling and Booking
All sessions must be booked within 2 months from the purchase date, subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Late notice may result in the session being forfeited.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice will result in the class being forfeited without refund or replacement.
Class Cancellations
If a class is cancelled by us, you will be offered a replacement session.
Validity
All monthly class hours must be used within 2 months from the purchase date. Unused hours will expire.
Conduct
Students are expected to behave respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any participant who disrupts the learning environment.
