- Payment: All payments made are non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend the scheduled event, we offer the option to reschedule for a future date.
- Availability: Seats are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us at least 72 hours prior to the event. This helps avoid the suspension of your ticket(s).
- Ticket Validity: Tickets must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase. If you need to rearrange your schedule, please contact us to accommodate your new preferred date, subject to availability.
Terms and Conditions (Monthly Class)
Registration and Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in the class. Please note that all payments are non-refundable.
Class Scheduling and Booking: You must book your class within 2 months from the date of purchase. Booking is subject to availability, and classes are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a booked session, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. This allows us to manage our schedule and offer the slot to other interested students. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in the loss of the class without a refund.
No-Shows: If you do not attend a scheduled class without prior notification (no-show), you will forfeit the class without a refund or the possibility of rescheduling.
Class Cancellations: If a class is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule.
Validity: The class must be booked and attended within 2 months from the purchase date. It is your responsibility to ensure that the class is booked and attended within this period.
Conduct: Participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during the class. We reserve the right to remove any participant who disrupts the learning environment.
