Terms and Conditions
1. Bookings & Availability
All sessions are by appointment basis and subject to availability.
Slots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Bookings are only confirmed upon payment (if required).
2. Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
In special cases, rescheduling or credit may be offered at the studio’s discretion.
3. Ticket & Package Validity
One-time session tickets must be redeemed within 6 months from the date of purchase.
Monthly class packages must be completed within 2 months from the purchase date.
Unused sessions or hours will expire after the validity period.
4. Class Hours & Time Usage (Monthly Class)
Monthly packages include a total of allocated hours (e.g. 8 hours).
Time usage is calculated based on actual attendance, including early arrival and extended sessions.
Any time used beyond the allocated hours will be considered as extension time and charged at the studio’s prevailing rate.
5. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
Requests made less than 72 hours prior will be considered as a used session.
Repeated rescheduling may be limited at the studio’s discretion.
6. No-Shows
Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice will result in the session being forfeited.
No refund or replacement will be provided.
7. Late Arrival & Overtime
Late arrival will not extend the session time.
Additional time requested beyond the allocated session may be subject to extra charges depending on availability.
8. Class Cancellations (by Studio)
If a class is cancelled by the studio, a replacement session will be arranged.
9. Personal Use & Non-Transferability
All packages are strictly for individual use only.
Packages are not shareable, transferable, or divisible under any circumstances.
They cannot be used by multiple participants, including family members or friends.
Each package is assigned to one participant to ensure fairness and quality of guidance.
10. Artwork Collection & Storage
Finished artworks should be collected within a reasonable time.
Le Masterpiece will not be responsible for storage, damage, or loss of artworks after an extended period.
11. Session Flexibility
We reserve the right to adjust teaching methods, pacing, materials, or artwork design based on participant level, class flow, and conditions.
This is to ensure the best possible experience for all participants.
12. Learning Outcome Disclaimer
Individual progress and final artwork results may vary depending on personal ability and pace.
Guidance will be provided, but specific outcomes are not guaranteed.
13. Conduct
Students are expected to behave respectfully at all times.
We reserve the right to remove any participant who disrupts the class or learning environment without refund.
14. Private Sessions / Room Booking
Private room or one-to-one sessions may require a deposit to secure the booking.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, rescheduling within restricted notice period, or no-show.
15. External / Corporate Events
For corporate, group, or external events, separate terms and conditions may apply.
These will be stated in the official quotation or agreement.
16. Liability
While reasonable care is taken, Le Masterpiece shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage during sessions.
17. Media & Photography
Photos and videos may be taken during sessions for marketing and promotional purposes.
